How can I configure aterm/rxvt

Hi all,

I am using slackware 10.0.

Here comes 2 questions:
1) How can I configure my newly installed aterm/rxvt able to read unicode character? My xterm can read them perfectly.
2) Where can I find the manual of both terminals? I want to make some tweaks on them.
