How can I capture a web site message sent on "web oriented responses".

I didn't state the situation very well in the subject line I'm afraid.

Problem: When you are dealing with a company for example, Verizon, you have to use there on line reporting forms.

How can one copy/get what information was entered and sent through there input screens?
When I send an email I can save it and the responses but, I need a way to have a copy of what has been sent from "there" input screens for a problem report. Do you understand.

Take a screenshot?
Copy the text you have entered into the fields on the form and save it to a file with kwrite?

As well as a screenshot, copy any error messages and also let them know the time and local date you sent it. That should be enough for them to create a problem ticket and resolve it.
