Hotmail in Evolution makes duplicate inbox entries

I manage a gmail and 2 hotmail accounts with evolution. Gmail setup was fast, and
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=200408
helped immensely with the hotmail side. But as I create rules to shuffle mail over to the different hotmail account folder "inboxes", I get duplicates every time I send/recieve.

Gmail doesn't do that - in the Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP, there's the option: When messages are accessed with POP > keep gmail's copy in the inbox. But hotmail doesn't seem to offer those options. Evolution empties my hotmail inbox online until I go into Edit > Preferences > Receiving Options > Leave messages on server. But then I get duplicates when I send/recieve. Anyone know how to avoid the duplicates?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Andrew
