actually, if you wish to use linux, you must learn to install new software at some point in time, besides, SUSE linux uses RPMs (a single compressed-file for each software) which are quite easy to install once you learn a few steps .. in fact, easier than installing on Windows
I dont have any links right now, but you could try searching on google: just use the search terms "SUSE linux install apache" or similar
and, the PHP package which is separate from the Apache package comes with a name "httpd-php" or something like that

P.S. one more thing, if you have any problems with apache, check the services and firewall settings using YAST
