Currently I guess my Host name is just localhost@localdomain. It serves its purpose as I can access it from across the lan but is it recommended to change this to something else.
The reason I am asking is because I am going to instal wbmin RPM and I want every thing setup corrects before I install it.
Please tell me if I should change this, if so how
I am still doing everything as root. I know its not proper so tell me how to change this
Regarding webmin, what should I change before I install it
you can change it but this has caused problems for me in the past. If you do change it make sure you update your /etc/hosts file with your new hostname
