Question Hibernate in Mandrake 10.1

Does anyone know of a 'hibernate / suspend-to-disk' facility available in/for Mandrake 10.1 (so that a reboot is not always required; similar to the hibernate facility in Win2000)? Or would this be breaking an important Linux rule? I am using aToshiba Satellite Pro 4600.
