Thumbs down Hexchat and TorBrowser.

Hello.
I want to run Hexchat via TorBrowser on Debian 8 x64.
I added below line to "torrc" file :

mapaddress 10.40.40.40 toraddress.onion

and Download "cap_sasl_xchat.pl" and copy it to "Hexchat" plugins directory. After it I opened "Hexchat" and add new network with "tor" name and set "irc.freenode.net/6667" and run below commands :

/sasl set tor myNickname myPassword PLAIN
/sasl save

After it, I run TorBrowser and my "netstat -nat" output is :
Code:
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:38552         0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:25            0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:49243         0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:46780         0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:9150          0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:9151          0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:58961         0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:42155         127.0.0.1:9151          ESTABLISHED

tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:9151          127.0.0.1:42155         ESTABLISHED
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:42145         127.0.0.1:9151          ESTABLISHED
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:42146         127.0.0.1:9151          ESTABLISHED
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:9151          127.0.0.1:42145         ESTABLISHED
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:46780         127.0.0.1:46246         ESTABLISHED
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:46780         127.0.0.1:46397         TIME_WAIT
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:9151          127.0.0.1:42146         ESTABLISHED
As you see port number is "9151" or "9050". I changed "Hexchat" network connection to use "127.0.0.1" and port "9151" but when I run "Hexchat" it can't connect to IRC network. It show me below error :
Code:
* Looking up irc.freenode.net
* Looking up 127.0.0.1
* Connecting to 127.0.0.1 (127.0.0.1:9150)
* Connection failed ((336031996) error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol)
Any idea?
