Help with Mandrake 9.1 and GNOrpm

I recently installed Linux :newbie: and had no idea on how to install RPM's then when i was cleaning out my basement I found my brother old copy of Red Hat Linux 7 Fast and Easy I looked thru it most of the stuff in there was usless although it did tell me how to install RPM's, using GNOrpm sadly I cant find this program on my HD  . Is there any other way? or is it there and I just cant find it?

Thanx

(Oh, well if Mandrake doesnt turn out I'll try Red Hat 9)
