Help with getting apache to work in User.

i would like to run apache in user instead of in root...could someone please help me out?

If you wish httpd to run as a different user or group, you must run
httpd as root initially and it will switch.

Include following lines in httpd.conf
#---------------------
User nobody
Group nobody
#---------------------

in those lines, litterally "nobody" ? adn do i just throw them at the end of the conf....and right now it isnt litterally running as root? or what?
