I downloaded cdroast and installed it when i run it in console i get " Gtk warning : cannot open display " and when i run it from the icon as root I get a dialog box that says " No root configuration file found or not readable The superuser must start and configure X-cd-roast first before other users can use it"
How do i configure it? Thanks
ew. that's no good....
Make sure you have the proper GTK libraries installed?
Did you install a package or compile from source?
What SHOULD happen is you're able to run it as root first off, then you hit the "setup" tab (which is ont he left of the window you don't have), configure to your liking and save the settings. It looks like it's trying to use GTK and balking though.
