Help! Scrolling Does Not Work In Opera!

I don't understand why scrolling up and down doens't work in Opera. How do I enable scolling in Opera?

You don't AFAIK. Scrolling in Opera should "just work". There's just three settings I know related to scrolling. They're under Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Browsing: "show scrollbars", "show scroll marker" and "enable smooth scrolling". If that doesn't do the trick maybe elaborate on what makes your situation different?

do you mean scrolling with the little arrows at the side of the frame, scrolling with the scroll wheel, using page up / page down? You should also include your distro, whether this is your distro's version of opera or a post-install from somewhere, your version of Opera and what GUI, if you want to help people help you.
