Help please with installation of KLAMAAAV and kernel headers

I'm having a problem installing KlamAV, the frontend for clamav. The errors message is below.

kernel source in /lib/modules/2.6.10/build... no
kernel source in /usr/src/linux... no
error: kernel source files not found
***** Return value 1

I'm new to Linux and running Mepis 3.3.1-1 (Debian) and KDE 3.4.2.

it says the kernel source is not found, so install it from your distro cds
