Help needed in installing unsupported compiz fusion plugins (Atlantis,Snowglobe)

I am having a hard time figuring out how to install the unsupported plugins for compiz fusion. Primarily I want to get the Atlantis Plugin and the snow globe plugin. Advice would be appreciated
