Help Me!! The configure error about xchm


When configuring the xchm , i got it:
checking for chm_open in -lchm... no
configure: error: Can't find/use -lchm. Please install CHMLIB first.

But i have installed CHMLIB.
Who can help me .................

What distro? Some split their libraries into runtime and development versions. Look in your package manager for chmlib-whatever number-dev.
