Help me out guys

Hi,
I'm currently using a Nokia-2112 CDMA Technology for using internet but when I came to install the datacable (GKU-50), I came to see that the installation CD provided is totally blank. I would like to ask you whether GKU-5 is compatible for this operation. What about CA-42? How can I start working? Can anyone help me out?
