Help me ! I've install redhat as 2.1 (/dev/hdb1) and then install redhat as 3

I've install redhat as 2.1 (/dev/hdb1) and then install redhat as 3 (/dev/hdb9) and then i can't boot to redhat as2.1 anymore.
How to make boot redhat as2.1 and redhat as3 all, i heard that we have to make red hat's boot image in order to do that.
Well, what is boot image and how to make a boot image.

this is the lilo.conf

"
prompt
timeout=50
default=linux2
boot=/dev/hda
map=/boot/map
install=/boot/boot.b
message=/boot/message
lba32

image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.4.21-4.EL
label=linux2
initrd=/boot/initrd-2.4.21-4.EL.img
read-only
append="root=LABEL=/1"

# I copy above and edit like this bellow

image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.4.21-41.EL
label=linux1
initrd=/boot/initrd-2.4.21-4.EL1.img
append="root=LABEL=/1"

other=/dev/hda2
optional
label=DOS
"

But when the computer restarts, the LILO prompt appears. Press the Tab key and see:

Linux2 DOS

Boot:_
