i am setting-up an automatic "out of office reply" using procmail, i added a .forward file in my test account (infobot) this user (graphics) dosent have .forward file, how do i fix this. Apr 16 16:43:41 mail sendmail[3102]: QAA03090: forward /home/employee/graphics/.forward.mail: Permission denied Apr 16 16:43:41 mail sendmail[3102]: QAA03090: forward /home/employee/graphics/.forward: Permission denied Tnx, kepweng |
it would be liekly that the .forward file does exist but is not set for access correctly. maybe you cloned someone elses home dir for them or something? remember that .files will not show up normally by default, e.g. use ls -la instead of ls -l
