Gujarati Input in Ubuntu 11.10

Hello

I have installed Ubuntu 11.10. I have installed gnome-shell in my pc. I want to write in Gujarati in ubuntu. In Ubuntu 11.04 I was able to do so.

I found the following
1) In Language Support>Add/Remove Language there is no choice to install translation/input methods/extra fonts as that was in old ubuntu
2) After Installing 'Gujarati' And 'Hindi', The translation of my desktop was working as normal, but iBus was not showing Gujarati or Hindi. It was showing only Chinese which was no use of me. Additionally I never installed chinese.
