GRUB just says "GRUB " on boot

Hello,

I am having some major problems with GRUB. Whenever I start my PC, it just says "GRUB " and nothing more.

I would really like to know how to reinstall GRUB or something. (Running RH7.3)

PLEASE HELP ASAP

not quite enough info but almost.....

1) what drive is bios booting to? which drive as which system on it?
2) are they both IDE or SCSI? I am guessing by the size they may be IDE
3) Since you are doing a post, are you using RH rescue cd mode to boot into linux?
4) IF SO, can you post your /etc/fstab and if windows is NOT mounted by this file, can you tell us your windows partitons

5) then have a go at your grub file and if fail, post it please
