GRUB problem


Hello...i Run on my pc Suse 10 and windows XP.While i was on linux...i pressed on Suse : Restart(windows). after a few minutes...while linux was halting it stoped...so i was made to reset my pc.after that...Grub loads Only windows automatically.I can't load Suse...How can i reconfigure Grub or reinstall it??Thanks

i don't have the redhat disk...where can i find it???Thanks anyway dude...hope it works...
