Groupware for a IT shop
My office is a small one of 3 people (2 techs and 1 office mgr). Recently we have looked into getting some sort of web based groupware to keep track of appoinments,addresses, and notes.
We have looked at egroupware but our biggest gripe is the lack of the ability to leave notes to each other (ie: call this person at this time on this day).
Does anyone have a suggestion on a good groupware program for a IT shop.
It needs to be able to keep track of notes,appointments and addresses.
