Group Chats in Kopete?

I am using Kopete 0.9.0 to connect to my buddys on yahoo, I tried to do a group confrence chat with them but it doesnt seem to work, I looked on google and the kopete site and all the info seems to point to that kopete can do group chats but it doesnt tell you how or if it works in yahoo, anyone got any ideas on this? I do like kopete as an IM client but sometimes the documentation does seem to be lacking a lot for what features it does and doesnt have.

If you have no info on this have you ever done group chats in gaim for yahoo? Does it work okay?

Thanks
