Angry Grip and Lame troubles...

I have been trying to get Grip set up to rip and then have LAME encode. OGGENC has worked perfectly but I need the MP3 in order to put them on the iPod. I cannot get it to encode while leaving the tags intact, while when I do get the tags correctly it doesn't encode right. This is what I have in the Encoder Command Line : -h -V %t %A %n

Any ideas in what I'm doing wrong?
