greeter application seems to have crashed.....


Hi folks!!!!!!!!! I clicked on a link in my scrapbuk in orkut.com .... nd smthing wiered happened.... i was nt able to log back into my account nd when i restarted my box... several services failed to start like avahi daemon, avguard.... mounting of filesystems both local nd foreign failed..... nd when this all finished there was a msg displayed..... The Greeter application seems to have crashed, attempting to try another one.... I m nt able to use the GUI interface.... so plz tell me wat to do..... I m currently using Fedora 7

You need to examine the filesystem - do you have any perilously full partitions?
You'll have to check this from rescue mode.
