Graphical Wire Clients?

Hey guys!

Does anyone know of an equivalent program to Alienwire (Windows) or Wired (Mac)? Gentoo has Wire built into portage, but I would really prefer a graphical one. Thanks in advance! I don't even know if anything exists haha!
