For the basic Fedora yum setup, use the command:
rpm --import /usr/share/rhn/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora

To add other repositories like Fedora Extras, put these lines in a repo located in /etc/yum.repos.d

[extras]
name=Fedora Extras - $releasever - $basearch
baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/extras/$releasever/$basearch/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1

[extras-debug]
name=Fedora Extras - $releasever - $basearch - Debugging packages
baseurl=http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/extras/$releasever/$basearch/debug/
enabled=0
gpgcheck=1

To import the key:
rpm --import http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu...-Fedora-Extras

I don't have 64 bit so can't say for sure. Go to the /usr/share/rhn folder and see if RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora is in there. If so, give it a try.
