Google Earth problem on Linux

I downloaded Google Earth Beta 4 for Linux. I have ubuntu linux.

I installed it, when I open it and it loads for some reason the earth and the rest of the screen for some reason is at the top of the screen, its not centered.

Im newish to linux so if u have an answer on how to sort this out please give detailed instructions.

I read a problem like this before but I cant find the the post for some reason.

its ok now

i just changed the screen resolution to 800x600
