Google.co.in gets displayed in different regional languages

If this problem is google specific then I wonder if the cookies are the problem (Clear Private Data is for all the data, not just for one site).

Have you tried setting the url to www.google.com/en instead of www.google.com?

Open google.co.in and select language tools and check english language selected in Automatically selected languages option.

and also check preferences option on that page. Hope this help you.

There is cookies expire settings if you select custom setting for history.
edit->preferences->Privacy->History (but this settings apply for all sites)
