Good Time and Billing App?

Hi--

Anybody know any good time and billing applications for use with Linux?

It should be something that would be appropriate for multiple timekeepers and allow for text entry to describe work done by a professional, like an accountant, lawyer or business consultant.

Presently I am using an old version of TimeSlips which is working just fine.

I think if I can find a good time and billing application, I will be ready to move my desktops to Linux.

gnucash is a program that might interest you, but I don't know if it is time related.

I know that there is another program, but just can't get on the name... I'm looking into it.
