Good Audio-applications?

So here I am, freshly converted and with a question in the bag:

I am looking for recommendations to audio applications.
Before transforming my PC into Linux (Libranet), I would use programs such as Pro Tools and Logic, but these doesn't - as far as I know - to be mountable here.

Would anyone have suggestions for somewhat similar apps, also good for professional use?

Don't know any off top of my head but searches or brwosing thru sites like www.sourceforge.net and www.freshmeat.net will most likely have plenty to look at, choose from, etc.

Rezound works excellently, as does Glame. I've actually just used Rezound to turn a 94 Mb MP3 file into a 9 track audio CD, doing some retouching and remixing on the way.
