gnome-volume-manager or supermount

Hi Guys,

What is the best between these?
I am trying to find out HOWTO install supermount, does anybody know?

I am trying to make my system mount DVDs, CDs and Pen Drives automagicly.
But gnome-volume-manager isnt doing it, I dont know if my fstab is so rigth, but I can mount them from "my computer" desktop icon clicking "mount volume", then I think it's rigth. Probably I need to install or configure something.

Please, lead me to the ligth!

Try running the following:

# rc-update add dbus default
# rc-update add hald default

Then reboot.

Stick in the cd/usb drive and see if it works.

If it doesn't, please post the output of the following command:

tail -f /var/log/messages

Post the output of this command after you insert the media.
