xscreensaver no longer comes with gnome. now gnome-screensaver comes with gnome. It only comes with 3 screensavers that are not very good. Is there a way to get more screensavers for it? Can I use xscreensavers with gnome-screensaver. I liked the bouncing cow.

you just need to copy over the configs

this is the script to do it

and here is a fedora howto as that script isn't very hepful by itself, if you do everything right all your old screensavers should show up
