gnome keyboard layout switcher
I have posted this question before with no answer so hopfully theres someone who can help me.
I have set up some X terminals at a local language school,
X server is mandrake 10 with gnome desktop, all is good but for one prob,
the students are form japan,china blah blah and need to have there language of choice as keyboard input when they check ,write their emails.
so what happens is they can log onto hotmail with there on language not a prob but can´t
write in there language.
I´ve tried the keyboard layout applet and it dosent work, maybe it needs configuring but I google for info with no help found :-(
please can somone help, I´m sick of being told ¨ how easy it is on Windows¨ by the students
please can someone help before they scrap the terminals and put windows back on them
