Question Gnome desktop profiles

I've setup Redhat 8 with gnome. And created an additional user called ade (me !!). I've setup things like Phoenix webbrowser and some desktop icons... Now if i create other users, is there a simple way i can copy over the config from the ade user so all other users get the same desktop??

Cheers,

Ade
