Gnome Customizations

When windows are grouped in the taskbar, is there a way to right click on the group and close all the windows? This feature is useful in Windows, and I am having trouble finding information on this on google.

Concerning drag-n-drop: I prefer to select my files, right-click and then drag my files into a new folder. Upon release, a menu pops up asking if I want to "copy" "move" "create shortcut" or "cancel". This is a standard feature in Windows. How can I achieve this with gnome. Currently, one cannot right-click and drag a file. I can get this menu to appear if I hold down the alt-key when dragging and dropping....but I would like this to appear when I right-click and drag.

Right-click and drag was replaced with "middle-click" and drag. A menu pops up upon release.

I still have no idea how to "Close All In Group" from the taskbar.

On a side note, does anyone know how to change the default drag-n-drop behavior from "move" to "copy"?
