gkrellm small problem
 

Hello all.

It seems that I have a problem with gkrellm. I am using fedora core 2 and gkrellm 2.2.2 Until yesterday everything worked fine. But yesterday something happened and since then gkrellm is sick and has fever. Whenever I boot the box it shows as it should only it shows a part of gkrellm. It stops at the memory box. I open its help and change something (whatever it doesn't matter, sjhow host name, enable swap pages etc...) and only then I can see the whole gkrellm. I uninstalled it and installed it again. Do you have any suggestions because I run out and it's pissing me off?

Try deleting your settings (/home/user/.gkrellm). Most likely, something went wrong with your settings and, even if you reinstall, that file will be used when you run again gkrellm. That works with every application around too... deleting ".program_name" at your "/home/user/" will restore the default settings. I've lost the count of how many time this fixed things for me :).

The drawback is... you lose all your setting (woop de doh), but most likely works...
