getting mod_dosevasive running

I downloaded mod_dosevasive using CVS
and i was going to install it.

but in the wiki, it says:

Quote:
Run the command:

# path_to_apache_install_root/bin/apxs -i -a -c mod_dosevasive20.c
However i just finished installing Fedora Core 4 and i dont know where the installation root is :S

Can anyone help me locating it and get it running?
