Getting MN720 to load under Linux

Hi,

I installed slackware 10 last night, but can't for the life of me get any recognition of the wireless card. I tried loading ndiswrapper from sourceforge (ver .0.8, - 0.10) with no success. I get a kernel panic when I try to modprobe it under the default slack kernel, and a symbol error when probing under my customized kernal (both 2.4.26). Any ideas?

Ya, I got it to work fine with ndiswrapper 0.7, believe it or not. 0.8+ just didn't work. Make sure you include Wireless support in the kernel too.

Could you please go into more detail on the steps you took to get this to work? I am having a bit of trouble when trying to do the same thing.
