Gentoo N00b's installation problems

Hello

I have just installed Gentoo 2006.1 from the live cd. However, i cannot connect to the internet to get the sources. My computer only has a wireless connection by a D-Link G122. I am without an internet, and when i plug my usb pen and my cd into the system, i cannot access them.

Can anyone advise me on what to do.

I appreciate any response

One of these.

That is a problem because you need ndiswrapper to start the wireless connection.

This is a traditional catch 22 in linux - the software you need to connect to the internet is on the internet.

You need to finish the installation on someone elses network ... or connect your nic direct to the LAN.
