Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

I'm looking for 2 things:
-> A tool that can modify Pdf permissions of a pdf file: I want to remove everything but ability to print
-> A tool that makes html->pdf (or -> tex would be better) WITH COLORS in the html file. I've tested 3 or 4 tools but they don't work properly. The only thing I found which works is www. pdfonline . com . I would to do the same locally. It's for pretty-printing some tcl code to put it in tex format.
For the other itch you need to scratch, have you tried a2ps? It will pretty print html code, or output the literal code to a postscript file according to instructions in a style sheet. Maybe that can be tweaked to colorize the code.
