gDesklets Help (Window Launcher)

I just installed gDesklets on my Gnome system. I like it a lot. I can display basically everything right on my desktop which also makes for very nice eye-candy. I have 2 problems that I am looking for assistance with...

The first problem is when I load all my plugins on my desktop and arrange them in the right spot, how can I make that stay there when I log off Gnome or reboot my machine? My work PC has a script to reboot every night after an "rsync" and I think when it boots back up and I login the next day, gDesklets needs to be manually started and then I have to enable all my plugins over and over which is very annoying...any suggestions?

The second problem I have seen before on a old FC3 system and now that I am trying gDesklets again on Debian Etch, I remember why I stopped using the launcher. There is an app launcher that you can add. When you drag and drop your favorite apps into the launcher, the icons hover when you roll over them with the mouse...the problem is Firefox regardless of your home page goes to Arizona.edu home page. I checked my default home page and it was still Google when I launched FF from the Internet menu but when I did this via the gDesklets launcher, I can't auto load my home page the 1st time which is very annoying.

Thanks for any assistance.

I was wondering about that Arizona.edu home page issue as well. I thought my router got hacked or somthing, freaked me out.. I opend the desklet in a text editor, and couldnt find anything making it go to arizona.edu, very strange indeed..
