hi everybody, simply i can't get my gdesklets even configured:

That's what i obtain by the ./configure script:
checking for pygtk-2.0 glib-2.0 gdk-2.0 gtk+-2.0... Package gdk-2.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `gdk-2.0.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'gdk-2.0' found

what i tried:
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib//pkgconfig

where the pygtk-2.0.pc is, but nothing changed

also tried by runnnig:
./configure --prefix=/usr
... same thing.

I can't find on my computer the gdk-2.0.pc file, but everything about python is installed

Did you install libgtk+-2.0-devel off your Mandrake CD's? Use the software installing tools in the Mandrake Control Centre

I'm going to do the reinstallation from the beginning, i'll let you know, thanks
