GD 2.0.15 install question, no support?

I finally was able to run ./configure to install GD 2.0.15 but then I get this at the end. Should I go ahead and run the make install? I need this version for a php function imagecreatetruecolor();

I don't know what version I'm using of Linux as this is what was given to me by a hosting company (a very bad company I'm finding out). Thanks for the help guys.

** Configuration summary for gd 2.0.15:
