Game Server Control Panel Suggestions? (Centos)

can someone suggest some game server control panels and rate them?
I need it to run it for minecraft mainly, I use Centos 5, and burstnet VPS [2.5GB ram] [2.5GHz CPU] (upgrading)

Some that I know already: http://www.mintpanel.com/ http://www.swiftpanel.com/ http://servergears.net/ http://www.igc-panel.com/ http://www.tcadmin.com/

If you have used these please rate them as well.

Hello,

Can you please elaborate on what exactly you mean? What type of "control panel" are you looking for? For minecraft, just go to their website, download the jar file for the server, and run it from the command line. That is all you need to do, besides configuring it, to run it.

Cheers,

Josh

Like gamecp. I should have said game server control panel.

Can you tell me what it does and what the purpose of it is? I can't view the website here from work.

like a server control panel but for managing game servers on a dedicated or vps server

Hmm, never heard of such a thing. Why would you want to do this in the first place with minecraft? Minecraft is stand alone, and very simple to run by itself.

Reposting this, if you can't help don't reply

Fine, I won't help anymore. I just asked a general question... Good luck though! I hope you find what you are looking for.

My issue is you asked alot of questions on a basic question that you couldn't answer in the end, but thanks for trying anyway

That's because I never heard of it before and was trying to get more information from you, that's all. I never ran a server like that with a control panel. I will definitely check it out though! After doing the research, it seems like something I would mess with and learn more about. Besides, that's how I troubleshoot; By asking questions :)

armsman 09-16-2011 02:13 AM

Yea, it's good to ask questions, however i have a couple of suggestions.
1. do some research first
2. ask as many questions as you can in one post

corp769 09-16-2011 02:16 AM

Actually, I did. That's why I kept asking questions.... If you can't figure out why I kept going with questions, then I don't know what to tell you. Good luck though.

I understood where you were going but I don't believe you researched it because I believe I asked a clear basic question. It doesn't matter anyway thanks for trying
