gaim: strange behavior

Hello,

Well here is my problem. When I run game from command line, it's in my native langage (french)... but if I run it from the xfce panel, it's in english

that's not a major issue but if someone have an idea on how to solve this problem, I'll be very gratefull

No, but I found why it didn't work as I want. In fact that's a problem of "locale". My shell has correct locale whereas xfce was using POSIX locale. I had "export LC_ALL=fr_FR@euro" at the beginning of my ~/.xinitrc script and now that's OK

another solution is to source the /etc/profile (which define LC_ALL variable) in a boot script.
