Question GAIM Protocol Plugins

Hey Linux is all good, don't see why I used #WinExpletiveDeleted# before. I'm running Mandrake 7.2 atm now, but can anyone tell me where the plugins for GAIM are found on my hard drive? I know what the plugin files look like and such, but they still manage to elude me!

Any Help Much Appreciated. Ta

Hmmm, my /usr/local/lib/ only has two directories, neither for GAIM, but KFind isn't having any luck either. Is there anywhere to get them online?

you've not installed them then, try /usr/lib/gaim

find / -name libmsn*

Ok, its now looking like I definately don't have them about, as I have KFINDed all the /usr directory and not one protocol sausage for GAIM, and I am sure I have the file right.

So now can anyone tell me where I could get the plugins from? All the download sites just say they come with it.

well that's because they DO, downlaod the source and compile that, after removing the rpm of course.

oh and get a newer version on mandrake, that's really old now
