Gaim in the gnome menu twice
 
I have a software called game in the gnome menu twice after I installed the newer version from a autopackage on Ubuntu 5.04. I used Synaptic for a complete removal of the old one. That did not work. What can I do?

Verify that both programs aren't the same version number in About.

If they are different, check where they link.
