Gaim 1.5.0 ssl
 

Hi,

I heard that gaim can use firefox ssl libraries as well as mozilla's. I recently installed firefox 2.0, it has the new thing where you extract everything from the tar and you can run and use firefox immediately. It does seem to have the libraries needed. Does anyone know how to get gaim to use them during the configure phase?

No, take the easy way out: install libgpg-error, http://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/libgpg-error/ libgcrypt http://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/libgcrypt/ and GnuTLS http://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/gnutls/ before you compile Gaim.
