Question Fvwm - firefox overrides StartsOnPage

Hi. I use fvwm unstable 2.6.31 and Firefox 3.6.9. My firefox style line looks like below. I notice in my pager that when I start firefox, it initially goes to page 0 0, but then seems to do something on it's own and shows up wherever I am (in fvwm). Does anyone have experience with this? Is it a window manager hint?
Code:
Style "Navigator" SkipMapping, StartsOnPage 0 0, !UsePPosition
also, can I build firefox without certain window manager hints??
