fully statically linked posix thread program on PPC


Hello gentlemen, has anyone of you ever tried to produce a fully statically linked executable of a C++ program that uses posix threads?

Has anyone _SUCCEEDED_ in such an endeavor?

My experience is that gcc produces an executable that sigsegv in startup code

P.S. the same proggie linked with so libraries obviously works like a charm.
